GMA/The View Order Return Policy
Sorial will only accept returns of unused merchandise if an inquiry is made within 7 business days from the day you receive your package. Please email all return inquiries to web@shopsorial.com. Once our returns department has approved the return inquiry, an RA (return authorization) number and form will be provided. Please note it is the customer’s responsibility to acquire shipping. Sorial recommends also acquiring insurance and a tracking ID, as Sorial is not responsible for undeliverable returns and reserves the right to deny a refund if merchandise is not received. Sorial must receive the item being returned within 7 business days of distributing an RA number in order for a refund to be properly distributed. If Sorial receives an item after 7 business days, the item will be shipped back to the customer and the refund will be denied. All RA numbers expire after 7 business days from the day the RA number was distributed on; once expired, another RA number will not be issued.
Please do not ship back merchandise without an RA number. Sorial is not responsible for shipments sent out without an RA number and reserves the right to refuse packages without an RA number.
Once your product has been received within the 7 business days, it will be examined thoroughly by our returns department. If the product has been returned unused with no indication of use or wear, in its original condition, all original tags in place, never removed and the return inquiry made in the time frame mentioned above, Sorial will gladly provide a full refund. Please allow 7-14 business days from the day Sorial has received the returned item for a refund to be issued. If the merchandise received has been worn or is missing original tags, Sorial reserves the right to ship the item back to the customer and the refund request will be denied.
If a return inquiry is not made within 7 business days of receiving the package, the inquiry will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.

Exchanges

Please note if the reason for the exchange is dissatisfactory of the product, it is the customer’s responsibility to acquire shipping. Sorial must receive the item being exchanged within 10 business days of distributing an RA number to the customer in order for an exchange to be properly distributed. If Sorial does not receive the exchanged item within 10 business days, the item will be shipped back to the customer and no exchange will be made.

If the desired product is of lesser value we will add a credit to your account for future purchases. If the merchandise received has signs of wear or is missing original tags, Sorial reserves the right to ship the item back to the customer and the exchange request will be denied.
Unless otherwise specified, it is the customer’s responsibility to acquire shipping to return the unwanted merchandise. The customer will be charged to ship the exchanged merchandise from the warehouse to the customer.
If an exchange inquiry is not made within 7 business days of receiving the package, the inquiry will not be accepted and an exchange will not be permitted.
Sales Items
All sale items are final. No returns or exchanges are permitted on sale items.
Promotional Coupon Code Policy
You may redeem our coupon codes on our checkout page. Unless otherwise stated, each coupon code is valid for a one time purchase and does not extend to sale items. Taxes and shipping may apply. Our coupon codes cannot be combined with other promotions, meaning we cannot accept more than one coupon code per transaction. Each coupon comes with an expiration date.
If a coupon code is used for a free gift with purchase, the item must be placed with the cart and the coupon code used at checkout. If not the free gift is not placed into the cart and the coupon code used, we assume you do not wish to receive your free gift with purchase and will not send an unclaimed free gift.
Web Order Warranty
Sorial merchandise purchased through shopsorial.com and a discount merchandise store is protected under warranty for one year from the original date of manufacture. Please note that proof of purchase is required. Defective items consist of manufacturers defect(s) and do not include normal wear and tear. Natural wear, tear and misuse of the bag will void the warrantee. It is to the digression of Sorial as to what is considered defective. If an item becomes defective within one year, Sorial will repair the item. Repairs can take up to 6-8 weeks. If the item cannot be repaired, we will either replace the item or offer a store credit.
Authorized Dealers Warranty
For issues regarding Sorial merchandise purchased through an authorized dealer, please contact the authorized dealer directly.
Failed Deliveries / Refused Shipment / Incorrect Shipping Address
Incomplete or incorrect address information is a major cause of shipment delays. Please make sure you verify the shipping information at the time of order. Please make sure you have included ALL information (address, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package. Your order will be shipped via UPS to the address you provide. It is extremely important that you give us the most accurate and complete information possible. If an address correction needs to be made after your order has been placed you must do so within 24 hours by email (web@shopsorial.com) or by phone (888-722–2218). If a correction is made after your order has been shipped, we will try our best to have UPS intercept the package. In some cases, it’s too late for UPS to change the address. Should it be too late, you will be fully responsible for any additional charges to re-ship your package. In some cases UPS will charge to intercept a package. In this case, the customer will be responsible to cover these charges.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS. SORIAL IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES AFTER THEY HAVE BEEN SHIPPED.
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address you will be responsible for additional shipping charges.
Shipping
Free shipping only applies to domestic orders. All free shipping orders are ground shipping.
Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday 9am – 5pm, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
At this time, we do not ship internationally.
Policy Changes
Sorial reserves the right at our discretion to make changes to prices, policies and procedures. Please check this page periodically for changes.
Prizes and Compensation
Any purchases made at trade shows or received as prizes or for compensatory purposes are not permitted to be exchanged or returned.
